Support for variable fonts

I would love the possibility to use variable fonts in penpot.

Please prioritize adding support for variable fonts.

I added the Google Sans Plex variable font to Penpot, but since variable font support is currently missing, only a single default weight can be used, which is not ideal.

Most modern typefaces now come as variable fonts, but they cannot be properly used in Penpot yet. This limits typographic flexibility quite a bit.

In my opinion, variable font support should be a high-priority feature, as it would significantly improve typography workflows and overall design quality in Penpot.
