Hi, I’m new to Penpot and currently trying to set it up for local hosting. I’m having trouble importing files an error pop-up appears, but I’m not sure how to resolve it.
I had exactly this issue last week! I’m not entirely sure what the problem is, but @diacritica suggested a workaround that worked for me. That is to log in in incognito/private mode in your browser and then try importing the files. Hope it works for you too!
Thank you so much @LauraKalbag, I really appreciate your suggestion! I gave it a try, but unfortunately it didn’t work on my end. The error still persists, and I’m still unable to import the file or install the plugin.
Is there any other suggestion you might have? Still, thanks again for taking the time to help.
Ah that’s annoying! Sorry I haven’t got any more workarounds, but I’m sure others will have suggestions. It may be related to you running Penpot locally, and I’ve not got any experience with that yet.
