Problem importing penpot tutorial

Just starting in penpot, wanting to import a tutorial stack https://github.com/penpot/penpot-files/raw/main/tutorial-for-beginners.penpot to an empty project, ‘trial imports’.

‘Import’ seems willing to upload the downloaded penpot file.

But fails.

What mistake am I making? Thanks.

Is there a way to upload a penpot file using just a weblink (eg one of your downloadable tutorial files, on one of your community pages?) It’s tedious, needing to download-then-upload these files, then delete them to clean up my downloads folder.
