Hi, congratulations for the 2.12 release!
Here is some feedback on the current Text tool that I would like to see in the next release.
Display and snap baseline to pixel grid
When I create a new Text layer with the “Snap to pixel” preference activated, I would like the baseline of the type to be align with the pixel grid, and also to be visible, in the same way that Figma handles it.

Also, when I select the text, there is a strange misalignment bug between the selected text and the actual text. And again, none of them are aligned on the pixel grid.
Line-height units
I also would like to be able to define line-height using absolute value. So the relative one should be in % (like Figma), or even better, we should be able to select a line-height unit between none (default), px, % or even em and rem.
