Need the option unit of measure like centimeters, milimeters, inch, Pixel, Points
because if i need to print, i need the centimeters unit so that the size is right

While I think that printing is not a focus of Penpot (since it is a UI/UX design tool) I wonder if such units could be relevant for designing for screens as well (due to the strongly varying pixel densities of devices)
hi, I agree with @dw_am. As a graphic designer, I embrace the CSS-print techniques to create my layout designs, rather that WYSIWYG software. I started using Penpot to make drafts and visual concepts before getting into the code since it makes grid/flex layout easier.
So yes, in this context cm, mm and pt are necessary.
If I may add something to this topic, I’d also say that some type features like superscript, word spacing and more alignment options would be great
