Sugestion: Click and drag should work without item being selected first

Basicaly, I expect to drag things by just hovering over them, clicking and draging. This is not the case for me in Penpot 2.0 where I have to click, release, click and drag for it to work.

Interestingly enough, if I try to grab a board by it’s title on the canvas, it works as expected.

Is this a bug or is it by design?
