I’ve been trying to figure this out, and I guessing it isn’t possible, but I thought i’d ask: I’m trying to create a template for letterhead, where the text from one board overflows into a frame on the next one. Basically a multi-page layout where the text runs out in one frame and continues into the next one. Is there a way to do this in Penpot?
You’re right, there isn’t currently a way to overflow text from one board to another automatically. (Or to run text from one text element to another, which could be a more effective way to manage long blocks of text.)
Although I could see this being a feature request, especially as part of grid layout, because auto flow is a feature of how CSS grid layout works on the web.
