More Space for Layer Expand/Collapse Toggle

Hello,

This is a small UX suggestion, but perhaps add a bit more margin/padding around the expand/collapse toggles in the layers panel. Multiple times, I’ve attempted to click it but ended up hitting the scrollbar instead, causing the view to jump to a completely different layer.

BTW, if you select a layer and press Intro the layer will open, no need for mouse. Hope this helps
