How can I disable/forbid certain users from creating teams and add files?

The goal is to be able to give access to an external developer or customer who can add comments on a project or retrieve CSS code, for example,
Without this user being able to return to the Penpot base URL and add files and/or “Create new team”…

Another solution would be to give anonymous visitors access to the “Inspect (G I)” tab in “View Mode”, without requiring them to have an account.
The same for the “comments” tab.

In fact, the sharing link is complex enough to dispense with identification in 95% of cases.

There are currently some limitations on the sharing model which works based on being in a team or not.
