If I create a two column grid plus a one row grid. I put the child element in the second cell and if I change the alignment it jumps to the first column unless I remember to set the child to manual. I can’t think of a use case for the default being for item position to defailt as auto. If I put it in the second cell, that’s where I prefer to have it when building websites.
As there’s many different use cases, if this a requirement?
Can I have the option to have the default to manual for adding elements to grid cells?
