Title: Allow layer search while in Focus Mode

Description:

Please add the ability to search for layers while using Focus Mode. Currently, layer search is unavailable when working in a focused view, making it more difficult to quickly locate specific layers in complex designs.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open a file with multiple layers.
  2. Enter Focus Mode.
  3. Try to search for a layer in the Layers panel.

Expected behavior: Layer search should remain available in Focus Mode, allowing users to quickly find and navigate to layers within the focused context.

Current behavior: Layer search is not available while in Focus Mode.
