The troubleshooting space is for problems that you have with the platform that is not considered a bug. A Bug is when the platform is producing an incorrect or unexpected result, for example, a button is not working or the page is crashing.
If your issue gets in the category of bug, we are using GitHub Issues for our public bugs. If you found a bug that you would rather discuss in private (for example: security bugs), consider first sending an email to support@penpot.app.
We don’t have a formal bug bounty program for security reports; this is an open source application and your contribution will be recognized in the changelog.
