Use hosted version and migrate to selfhosted later on

Should it easily be possible to start with the hosted version of Penpot and move to a selfhosted instance later on?
Should it be frictionless to import a project to a selfhosted instance?
Is there anything to keep in mind?

Sure!, it should be frictionless as long as both versions aren’t very different (hosted version is using always the last stable release) :wink:
