Problem to open an overlay

Hello,

I have a board called ‘Main’ to wireframe a webpage. Outside this board on the left there is another board as sidebar.
Inside the board ‘Main’ there is a button to open the sidebar.
In this sidebar there is another button. If I click that button I want to open an overlay at center of the board ‘Main’ (not the sidebar!).

In the ‘Prototype’ section under ‘Relative-to’ there is no option to choose the board ‘Main’, only sidebar and Button (self).
Only if I move the sidebar into the area of board ‘Main’ then I can choose ‘Main’ from ‘Relative to’:

It seems one can only choose the direct parent inside the ‘Relative to’ drop down, not the parent of the parent. How can I place the overlay centered to the board ‘Main’ please?

This is a workaround: If the size of your ‘Main’ board isn’t going to change, I would use Manual from the Position options so you can position the overlay exactly where you want it by dragging it into place.

@LauraKalbag: Thanks, but since I want to get a responsive layout this won’t work.
I think it would be nice if the development team can extend the list ‘Relative to’ to any of the boards inside a page, not only the direct parent.
