If you work in a larger organisation where you want to create a design system it is difficult to manage because all users are in the same team. Normally there is a team managing the design system and they share the design with other teams. As it works right now in Penpot all users are in the same team which means that all members have access to all source files of the design system. Better if it would be possible to create sub teams or link teams together and then share design files to sub teams or linked teams. In that way there could be a dedicated design system team that are the only ones having access to the design sytstem files. It would also become easier to organise teams within an organisation if they would be smaller with only people in them that belong together instead of having all in the same team. It becomes much more difficult to get an overview of the design files of the team in that case.
