I hope you’re doing well. I’m experiencing a puzzling issue with prototype interactions in Penpot 2.16.1 (cloud version) and I would really appreciate your help.
The problem:
When I set up a “Click → Navigate to” interaction on any element (even a simple rectangle placed directly at the root level of a board), instead of navigating to the target board, Penpot displays the target as a green overlay over the current board.
What I have tested:
- Simple rectangle at root level of the source board → same result
- Different target boards → same result
- Defined “Start flow here” on both source and target boards → same result
- All other interaction types (open overlay, popovers, etc.) work perfectly fine in the same project
Environment:
- Penpot version: 2.16.1 (cloud, penpot.app)
- Browser: Comet
- The project has multiple boards on a single page
Has anyone encountered this before? Could this be a known issue or something specific to my project file?
