Internal Error When Exporting File in Penpot

Hi everyone,

I’m running into a recurring issue while using Penpot to create content for social media. Every time I try to export my designs, I get redirected to a screen showing an “Internal Error” message (screenshot attached). The message says:

“Something bad happened. Please retry the operation and if the problem persists, contact support.”

It also gives me the option to download a report.txt file, but I’m not sure how to interpret it.

I’ve already tried:

  • Refreshing the page;
  • Logging out and back in;
  • Using a different browser.

Nothing has worked so far.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I’d really appreciate the help!

Hello @andsupaulo could you send the file ( report.txt and the one you are working on if posible) to support@penpot.app so we can check the error?

we have the same problem since yesterday. I would also send the report.txt + the file to the support mail.
