How can I use this as photo album review tool ?

Use Case:
Have 10-15 Page design. I invite client to mark and add review comment on the album page. Submit for review. Designer work on comment and send back to client. Client confirm okay and close/approve the design.

How can we get this workflow ?

You can use tools like Figma, Frame.io, or Dropbox where you upload your album pages. Invite your client to add comments directly on each page. After you revise based on feedback, share updated files for final approval to complete the workflow smoothly.

They are paid platform with limitation. CAn we use penpot for this ?

Yes you can!

If you go to view mode:

  1. Use the Share button to open the options panel.
  2. Choose which pages you want to share.
  3. Specify that you want All Penpot users to be able to comment.
  4. Use the Get link button to generate your link:

This will create a custom link which you can destroy later if you want to revoke access:

Any viewer following the link will be able to view the shared pages without logging in. They will need to create a (free) account to comment.
