Format changes when switching frame

I created a Document in a previous penpot version, contains various frames based on the DIN A3 Ratio preset. After Penpot updated to the recent version, it seems confused about the sizes of the “Frames”. They show in a different size when activated then when not. And they export to a wrong format as PDF. Is there some new Setting i am missing, is this a new feature i dont understand or a bug?

p.s. yes. i accicentially opened a different export frame, the result is the same.

Sure, you can download it here. But i found a Workaround. The Problem is caused by Rotation of the Frame - if i set it to Zero it doesnt happen, it seems as if some component isnt notified about the fact the there has been rotation applied.
