Penpot got nice community attention from UX friends. Add a code generation, you will get attention of reactJS, angular, Svelte community.
Design to code does not work with Vue.
I have a proof of concept, working version, built on a concrete philosophy for design to code. As an open source design tool, I think it will be even more cool if you add code generation to automatically convert designs to code.
