I want to know if there’s any possibility of renaming an existing plugin because I want to rename my own plugin in penpot

Have you submitted your plugin in the Penpot Plugin catalog?
If not, you can rename your plugin via the penpot.ui.open("Your plugin name", "plugin-url.com", ...options), where the plugin name appears as the title of the floating window, and the name property in the manifest.json file, where the name appears in the your plugins list.
