How to commit or request pull for updated template in github?

I’m confusing about updating the template files that have been successfully contributed to Penpot community. If someone knows please guide me.

Is that question of how to use github (and pull requests) in general or did you already submit a pull request and there is problem with it? (If you hear “pull-request” and think “uh what is that?!” just tell, I don’t think we can expect everyone to know how it works!)
