Ability to display themes values thru a table

Right now, I think one of the best reasons to switch to penpot is the excellent support for design tokens.

There’s one thing I miss compared to figma, though: the ability to have a table of token values organized by theme. This way, you can quickly see which values to adapt to the various themes.

This would make a really handy plugin. Even better if you could use a plugin to generate this as documentation in a design file.

I’m not sure I’ll be able to, and especially not sure I have the time to do it. Anyway, really glad you appreciate my suggestion

Try Penpot Plugin | Design Token Manager

Not exactly what I meant, but definitively useful for a lot of things

Plugin is Opensource, easy to extend with table view GitHub - elhombretecla/design-token-manager · GitHub

wait, there is already a comparison function

I saw, but it seems that in compare mode the values cannot be changed.

added the option to edit directly in comparison mode, PR for testing: ✨ Add compare button to sidebar and enhance breadcrumb functionality by girafic · Pull Request #1 · elhombretecla/design-token-manager · GitHub
