# SVGs crash Penpot

Hi there!

I’m using Penpot for a personal project of mine. I try to import an SVG and it crashes Penpot as soon as I import the SVG into my board. I tried optimizing it with SVGViewer but it didn’t work and it keeps crashing Penpot. How can I fix this?

Can you please send us the svg you are trying to import to support@penpot.app

Also I would be helpfull if you record a small clip showing what kind of crash your are getting and your browser and OS information.
