RICE scoring model, for prioritazing tasks.

The acronym RICE stands for the 4 factors used to assess idea priority:

```
Reach,
Impact,
Confidence, and
Effort.

```

The formula for the RICE model is as follows:

Reach x Impact x Confidence / Effort = RICE score

Higher score is higher priority.
