Hi!!! When will be available the blur effect for layers in penpot?  
Trying to make glassmorphism effect but it’s a bit different from figma

There is a blur effect already. I don’t know if it does what you want specifically, but if you select an element you get the right hand sidebar that has a “blur” section:

I’ve [proposed an idea](https://community.penpot.app/t/add-filters-panel-background-blur-option/2913) of how we could have such feature on Penpot, but I don’t know about if it’s in progress or not.
